You can find various digital, self-paced classes in our online learning management system. Please discuss with your local training manager to they could sign you up for the appropriate class. In addition we will release a quarterly schedule of classes that will be delivered virtually by an authorised instructor. Acceptance to these classes depends on the completion of any prerequisites and managerial approval.

You do not need an AWS account to complete the labs. A temporary AWS account is provisioned for you with each lab and is then terminated when the lab is completed or expired.

Both the learning platform and lab platform have password reset procedures in place. If you fail to login press the “Forgot my password” button and follow the instructions on screen. If you are still unsuccessful with resetting your password please reach out to us here if the problem is with the learning platform or here if the problem is with the lab platform.
We recommend a minimum bandwidth of 512K, which is pretty common. If you encounter any video loading or buffering problems please disable any downloading that may occur in the background
Yes, you can download the Canvas Student mobile app from the Play Store or App Store in order to access your class. Please be aware that user experience may vary.
Absolutely! Accessing the learning/lab platforms does not require you to be your corporate network or be connected via VPN.
Access to labs remain open until you graduate from a class. You can always re-take a class and regain access to its labs.
Each lab has a timer which starts counting down once you start the lab. There is no way to pause the lab once it’s started. Once a lab expires all the changes that you have made to that account as part of the lab are retired. Restarting a lab will reset it to its default state.
