Please read through the FAQs below if you have questions. If your question is not answered below, please email your Nimbus training manager.

Assigning an existing user to a class is very similar to creating a new user. Follow the same instructions as the previous question to send your student an invitation to the class.
In order to revoke access to a user you must have Teacher permissions. Go to the “People” section of a class, locate the user you wish to revoke access to and click the 3 vertical dots button on the right hand side of the user, choose the “Remove from course” option.
A user must login with the same email address his Training Manager registered in the system. A student needs to login with the same email address that corresponds to the inbox they got the invitation to.
If for whatever reason a students registration is unsuccessful and you are not sure why, please reach out to our support for assistance via this link. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours to get a reply.

Some AWS classes are designed to prepare you for specific certification and there is certainly added value in taking a class if you are pursuing a certification. Graduating from a class does not certify you as an AWS professional as that is a separate process that requires setting a time and place to take an exam. You can read about certification here, or reach out to your AWS contact.
You can find various digital, self-paced classes in our online learning management system. Please discuss with your local training manager to they could sign you up for the appropriate class. In addition we will release a quarterly schedule of classes that will be delivered virtually by an authorised instructor. Acceptance to these classes depends on the completion of any prerequisites and managerial approval.
