Andrés José Tahta, Director General Sector Público, Latinoamérica, AWS
Andrés es un ejecutivo experimentado en negocios internacionales, marketing y ventas en América Latina y los Estados Unidos. Además, ha cofundado y coinvertido en varias empresas de servicios en Argentina. Con más de 25 años de experiencia, Andrés tiene una trayectoria comprobada en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios y la entrega de resultados.
Como Director General del sector público de AWS en América Latina – uno de los negocios de mayor crecimiento dentro de AWS – Andrés trabaja con gobiernos, instituciones educativas y organizaciones sin fines de lucro y de atención médica para acelerar la innovación y permitirles brindar un mejor servicio a sus usuarios.
Antes de unirse a AWS, fue Vice-Presidente Ejecutivo de la Agencia Argentina de Inversiones y Comercio Internacional por cuatro años. Andrés también trabajó durante 11 años como Director de la Unidad de Negocio y Director de Marketing y Comunicaciones de Telefónica y Movistar. Adicionalmente, se desempeñó como Senior Engagement Manager durante más de cinco años en McKinsey & Co principalmente en Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos, y como Investor Relations Manager en la recientemente privatizada Telecom Argentina.
Andrés tiene una Licenciatura en Gobierno y Relaciones Internacionales de Dartmouth College y una Maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA) de Harvard Business School. Es un hablante nativo de español y habla inglés y francés con fluidez. Andrés está casado y tiene tres hijos y le encanta viajar, el rugby y tocar el piano.

Cindy Polin, Directora de Arquitecto de Soluciones, Sector Público para México, AWS
Desde hace más de siete años Cindy Polin forma parte del equipo de Amazon Web Services en América Latina. Hoy en día se desempeña como Directora del equipo de Arquitectos de Soluciones para México en Sector Público. En este cargo Polin se ha enfocado en apoyar al equipo de Arquitectos de Soluciones que se dedican a entender las mejores prácticas alrededor de las soluciones basadas en la nube así como guiarlos en la migración de sus cargas de trabajo actuales hacia la misma.
Cindy cuenta con formación de Ingeniería en Cibernética de la Universidad La Salle. Anteriormente, Polin ha trabajado durante más de 16 años en Televisa y tres años en Grupo Financiero Interacciones, finalizando su cargo en Televisa como Chief Developer.
Una de sus grandes pasiones y hobbies sigue siendo crear, armar y diseñar aparatos electrónicos para experimentar con ellos.
