Valería Phillips, Directora de Marketing Latinoamérica en AWS para Sector Público
Valeria es la líder de marketing del sector público de la división de AWS para América Latina. Es responsable de liderar el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marketing y planes tácticos para organizaciones gubernamentales, educativas, salud y sin fines de lucro.
Tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en desarrollo empresarial, consultoría, innovación y marketing con empresas de tecnología líderes como Hewlett Packard, Ellucian y Pitney Bowes Software. Ha asesorado a instituciones gubernamentales y educativas de todo el mundo sobre la mejora de los procesos de negocio y la transformación digital.
Valeria tiene una maestría en Ciencias de la Información de la Universidad Simón Bolívar, Venezuela y una maestría en Administración de Empresas de Rollins College, Estados Unidos. Ella reside en Denver, Colorado.

Andrés Tahta, Gerente General para América Latina en AWS para Sector Público
Actualmente se desempeña como Director General de Amazon Web Services LATAM, y anteriormente trabajó durante 4 años como Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de la Agencia de Promoción de Inversiones y Comercio de Argentina. Previamente, trabajó durante 11 años como director de la Unidad de Negocios y Director de Marketing y Comunicaciones de Telefónica y Movistar. También ha colaborado en McKinsey & Co, ocupando el puesto de Gerente Senior de Proyectos, con base en la oficina de Buenos Aires.
Es Licenciado en Gobierno/Relaciones Internacionales por el Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, EE.UU. y cuenta con un Máster en Administración de Empresas (MBA) por la Harvard Business School, Cambridge, EE.UU.

Lorena Zicker, Directora General Cono Sur en AWS para Sector Público
Con más de 24 años de experiencia global en la industria de la tecnología, Lorena es asesora de confianza de gobiernos, organizaciones sin fines de lucro e instituciones educativas que quieren adoptar la nube para acelerar su transformación digital. En AWS, Lorena lidera un equipo regional que ayuda a clientes del sector público a transformar sus negocios para obtener mejores resultados de manera segura, agil y escalable empoderando a las organizaciones impulsadas por su misión a innovar.
Antes de trabajar para AWS, Lorena ocupó posiciones ejecutivas y de liderazgo en gestión comercial, ventas y desarrollo de negocios en América Latina, Estados Unidos y Canadá con Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) e Intel.
Muy comprometida con las iniciativas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión, Lorena colabora con diferentes organizaciones y sirve como mentora para las mujeres en los negocios y la tecnología. Es miembro del directorio de la Cámara de Comercio Americana Argentina (AMCHAM). Lorena tiene una licenciatura en Publicidad de la Universidad de Palermo y habla español e inglés con fluidez.

He is responsible for P&<, product management, engineering and operations for Database services such as Amazon Aurora and Amazon DynamoDB, and Analytics services such as Amazon Redshift and Amazon EMR, as well as AI services like Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, and Amazon Rekognition. Prior to joining Amazon in his current position in 2010, Raju spent four years at Google and built the Google Apps business (now known as G Suite).Earlier in his career, Raju founded an Intel backed Wi-Fi Voice over IP company as well as held engineering management positions at Microsoft.

His previous roles include cyber warfare systems analyst at MIT and research for the Center for Army Analysis. He holds advanced degrees in Applied Mathematics & Statistics.
