Access to technical skills training is important to support economic development in an increasingly digital world, according to a new Asia Pacific (APAC) regional research report titled, “Unlocking APAC’s Digital Potential: Changing Digital Skill Needs and Policy Approaches”.


Amazon Web Services (AWS) commissioned the report, prepared by strategy and economics consulting firm AlphaBeta. It analyzes the digital skills workers apply in their jobs today. The report projects the digital skills required by workforces over the next five years in six Asia Pacific countries: Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
