Americo joined AWS in 2013 and has 26 years of experience helping enterprise and large public sector organizations with their Information System strategy, digital transformation and, modernization.
Prior to AWS Americo held Director positions with Edge Delivery and network security firms such as Akamai and CDNetworks/KDDI and before that was the head of the Architecture consulting at European System Integrator ATOS.
Asim Qureshi
Principal Business Development, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Federal, AWS
Asim Qureshi is a technology executive with over two decades of experience in high tech industry with IBM, Compaq-HP, EMC and management consulting firms. He has held cross functional leadership roles as the Chief Digital Marketing Officer, Chief Product Officer, General Manager, and Strategy and Business Development Officer across both commercial and public sector organizations in the US and Europe.
Currently, he leads Business Development for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) across the US Federal sector and Non-Profit Organizations for Amazon Web Services. He has a BS degree in Computer Science, an MBA in marketing and finance and holds a technology patent with IBM.

Aaron Sengstacken is a ML specialist solutions architect at AWS. Aaron works closely with public sector customers of all sizes to develop and deploy production ML applications. Aaron is interested in all things ML, technology, and space exploration.
Diksha Sharma
AI/ML Specialist solutions architect
Diksha works with public sector customers to help them architect efficient, secure, and scalable machine learning applications including generative AI solutions on AWS.
Carlos Rivero
Executive government advisor, data
Carlos gained 27 years of experience in federal and state government and higher education. Carlos was the first Chief Data Officer for the Commonwealth of Virginia. During his tenure, he helped former-Governor Northam, his executive team, and public health and emergency management professionals respond to the COVID-19 pandemic by leveraging data-driven intelligence products to help keep Virginians safe.
Carlos also served as Chief Data Officer and Chief Enterprise Architect for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration in Washington, D.C.

KJ Lian

KJ is the the WWPS data sales and go-to-market leader at AWS. His background spans 28 years across diverse sectors such as government, nonprofits, healthcare, and Fortune 1,000 companies. Beyond sales, KJ actively collaborates with service, marketing, and customer success teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Sherry Ding
Senior AI/ML specialist solutions architect
Sherry has extensive experience in machine learning with a PhD degree in computer science. She mainly works with public sector customers on various AI/ML related business challenges, helping them accelerate their machine learning journey on the AWS Cloud.

With over 20 years of experience in AI, ML, and analytics in Public Sector, Sergio has worked for companies like Microsoft Corporation as global leader in AI and Advanced Analytics and Hewlett Packard.
