在线讲师指导课程vILT由AWS资深技术讲师通过在线授课的方式交付，其中讲师和参与者都是远程在线的，而不是面对面的。


vILT与传统的课堂培训中提供的培训内容和动手实验有什么区别吗？

没有不同。 vILT提供的培训内容、电子教材和动手实验与课堂培训相同。 

 

vILT培训的优势是什么？

与传统课堂培训不同，在vILT在线讲师指导课程中，客户学员可以来自任何地方，vILT可以覆盖客户的远程受众，以结构化的方式为遍布其全球的整个团队以相同的速度学习，而不是零散的个人学习经验， 这有助于您提高员工学习效率。

 

客户需要做任何准备吗？

線上講師指導課程vILT由AWS資深技術講師通過線上數位方式教授課程，其講師及參與學員都是以遠端連線方式參與課程，非面對面的教室課程。


vILT與傳統的教室培訓中提供的培訓內容和動手做時間有什麼區別嗎？

FAQ

What is Virtual Instructor-led Training (vILT)?

vILT is the online delivery of classroom training in which the instructor and participants are all virtual rather than in-person. 

 

Is there any difference for the training content and hands-on labs delivered in a traditional classroom training?

There is no difference. Training materials, content and hands-on labs in the vILT mode is the same as in-class training.


What are the other benefits of vILT?

Unlike in-class training, participants aren't physically in the classroom setting. In the online space, participants can be anywhere. vILT helps to cover a team of remote audiences, for the whole virtual team to learn at the same pace (e.g. across an APAC team). Instead of fragmented individual learning experiences, vILT is in a structured manner.


Any preparation needed in advance?

Yes, AWS leverages GoToTraining (GTT) tool. You need to install the GTT components in your PC (Windows, Mac) for the best performance. System requirements can be found here. To make sure you are able to access the GTT training platform, installation guide will be provided and testing session will be arranged in advance.
