About the workshop
You’re invited to join Amazon Web Services (AWS) for a no-cost, hands-on workshop that features Amazon Connect and QnABot on AWS services. Learn how to improve the student experience, address communication challenges, and decrease staff workloads with AWS Connect and QnABot. Then, learn to build and deploy a cost-effective, scalable digital interface.
Amazon Connect provides a seamless experience across voice and chat for students and staff. QnABot is a multi-channel, multi-language conversational interface or chatbot that responds to your customer’s dialogue and integrates rapid feedback loops for analysis.
Learning objectives
In this workshop featuring AWS Connect and QnABot services, you will learn how to:
- Address common student communication challenges
- Build and deploy a cost-effective, scalable, digital front door
- Integrate conversational, natural language self-service into your digital one stop
- Understand sentiment analysis and use artificial intelligence (AI) to create the best user experience
Who should attend?
Higher education enrollment and student affairs leaders alongside IT decision makers. IT professionals include directors, managers, architects, data engineers, and business analysts.
No prior AWS knowledge is necessary to participate in this workshop. The first 30 minutes of this workshop will be focused on how enrollment and student affairs leadership has leveraged these services to decrease staff workloads and improve the student experience.
