How to schedule an online exam

• Click and enter your AWS Certification account.
• Select “Manage PSI Exams”.
• Choose the exam you want to take and click “Schedule”.
• Select the “Remote Online Proctored Exam” delivery mode.
• Select your preferred Exam Language and Proctor Language (Mandarin or English).
• Choose the location and time zone.
• Schedule your paid exam at any time from July 29, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
• Complete your payment.

How to retake the exam for free

• Please make sure you have registered before the first exam and use the registered email address to schedule your exam.
• Make sure to schedule your paid PSI Online Proctored exam from July 29, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
• One free retake voucher will be emailed to candidates who have registered the program, took exam with PSI online proctored exam and did not pass.
• The retake voucher will be sent to your AWS Certification Exam registration email box within 10 workdays of your exam results.
• The free retake voucher can only be used with PSI Online Proctoring.
• The retake voucher expires 90 days from email receipt.
• When scheduling the retake exam, follow the same scheduling process and apply the free voucher code on the PSI payment page.
• Note: If you fail an exam, you must wait 14 days before you are eligible to retake the exam.

Terms and Conditions:

• Please schedule your paid exam between July 29, 2022 and September 30, 2022 to participate in this special offer of a free exam retake.
• The promotion is only valid for exams delivered through PSI Online Proctoring.
• Please follow the instructions of “How to schedule an online exam” to schedule your PSI Online Proctored exam.
• This promotion is only applicable to residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• You can get a voucher for one free second chance only if you fail the first paid exam.
• If you are eligible to retake the exam, please make sure you use your free exam retake code within 90 days of receiving the voucher by email.
• The retake voucher can only be used with PSI Online Proctoring.

• Exam rescheduling must comply with AWS Certification Information and Policies.
• AWS reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
• Free exam vouchers are only for the recipient's own use and cannot be transferred.
