Rajiv oversees the company’s strategic vision, operational management, and product innovation. Marti Phillips
Senior Project Manager, Bitfocus
Marti leads complex projects and a team of project managers dedicated to using technology and data to end homelessness. Marti is passionate about working with our communities to expand their use of Clarity Human Services and implement new technologies. She is a subject matter expert in Outreach and the Customer Portal. She has been instrumental in rolling these new products out and helping communities maximize the impact on their homeless response systems. Marti brings over ten years of experience in homeless services in various roles, including direct service, program management, and system administration. She worked with and for continuums of care and communities large and small, and has vast experience bringing evidence-based solutions to scale.
Jessie Metcalf
Housing as Health Initiatives Leader, AWS
Jessie Metcalf leads the housing as health initiatives for the AWS state and local government team. In this role, she helps state and local governments and nonprofits leverage technology to further their efforts to prevent and combat housing instability. Working collaborative across sectors, communities innovate to deliver better constituent services and improved outcomes.
