  • Historical issues of supply chains across the globe were exacerbated in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Shippers have two basic questions: “Where’s my cargo?” and “How do I get more visibility?” In this session, hear from one of the world’s premier seaports, the Port of Long Beach. The seaport, located in Southern California, is leading the way in solving issues through its supply chain information highway, which enables supply chain participants by providing actionable, multi-source data for real-time updates and visibility, and helps solve their unique logistics problems and accelerate the flow of cargo.
  • The Federal National Mortgage Association, commonly known as Fannie Mae or FNMA, developed a cloud-centered architecture to enable data sharing and integration between AWS and Salesforce applications. Join Fannie Mae and AWS in this session to learn how this design approach has helped reduce and almost eliminate dependency on on-premises infrastructure and extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools, leading to gains in operational efficiency and reduction in costs.

In this session, hear how Lawrence Livermore National Labs (LLNL) leveraged these paradigms to enable vaccination verification across heterogeneous document types to enable return to work.   • Keeping your workloads and data secure is key. In this session, we discuss solutions and use cases for confidential computing. Take a dive deep into hardware- and software-based solutions offered by AWS that help keep your systems secure. With capabilities such as the AWS Nitro System, AWS Nitro Enclaves, and NitroTPM, AWS offers protection for your code and sensitive data such as personally identifiable information, intellectual property, and financial and healthcare data.
