In this role, Mr. Peterson supports public sector organizations as they leverage the unique advantages of commercial cloud to drive innovation among government, educational institutions, health care institutions, and nonprofits around the world. Mr. Peterson is responsible for all AWS Public Sector sales, business operations, and strategy across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Canada. A public sector industry veteran with thirty years of experience, he has an extensive background in developing relationships with public sector customers, as well as system integrators, solution providers, independent software vendors, and value-added resellers.
