Managing microservices and associated continuous integration or continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows is challenging, but innovation is making it easier. With Amazon ECS and AWS Fargate, you no longer need to manage servers or clusters to run your containers. The AWS Developer Tools, such as AWS CodePipeline, are fully managed services that integrate with ECS and Fargate to help you quickly and reliably deliver application and infrastructure updates. In this session, we explore how developers can build effective CI/CD workflows to manage their containerized code deployments on AWS. We’ll walk through two approaches for setting up a CI/CD pipeline with CodePipeline and Fargate and demo a working sample.

Learning Objectives:
• Learn how to set-up a CI/CD pipeline with AWS Fargate or Amazon ECS
• Understand how CodePipeline can help your team release high quality code, faster
• See a working sample of a CI/CD pipeline with AWS Fargate and AWS CodePipeline
