Both DynamoDB and Elasticsearch are database technologies, but their strengths are different and complementary. You can use DynamoDB as a durable store, Elasticsearch to extend its search capabilities, and Dynamo Streams to join them together. In this webinar, we will explore the joint power of these technologies, how to apply the right tool for the right job, and how to set up your DynamoDB tables and streams to replicate your data to Amazon Elasticsearch Service. We’ll also focus on Amazon Elasticsearch Service’s differentiating features including indexing, natural language capabilities, handling of numerics including GEO locations, scoring and ranking search results, and aggregations for analysis.
