10:00 AM PT - 11:00 AM PT | 1:00 PM ET - 2:00 PM ET

About the Event

Join AWS Startups for Entrepreneurs Unfiltered, and take a journey with entrepreneur, CEO, podcast host, and angel investor Spencer Rascoff as he talks about his path from investment banking at Goldman Sachs to joining the startup world and co-founding Pacaso, dot.LA, Supernova, and Zillow. Rascoff will dive deep into what he looks for when building a founding team, how to keep team members motivated, how to know when to pivot, and mitigating risks in the early days of a startup.

As a founder in a volatile world, it’s important to be prepared. Rascoff—who led Hotwire through the days of September 11—will lend advice on helming a company through a crisis. He will also share what he’s learned about leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion from his podcast, Office Hours, which features conversations between prominent executives.
