Amazon Connect Webinar
About the webinar:
Build a contact center like Amazon and deliver personalized, customer-centric experiences. More than a decade ago, Amazon’s retail business needed a way to connect with customers, so it built a solution that helped them get granular with its interactions and reduce frustration for shoppers and sellers. Amazon Connect is now available in Canada in the local AWS data center Region in Montreal.
Join our free, virtual webinar, available on-demand, to learn how you can set-up a reliable and secure cloud-based contact center in minutes that can scale to support millions of customers.
