In November 2020, Eplexity began migrating Delphi’s on-premises Microsoft workloads to AWS. Discover the ups and downs of their journey over the past year.

  • Melio is on a mission to keep small businesses in business by providing a smart B2B payment solution tailor-made for their needs. Melio partnered with Explorium and AWS and uses Explorium’s unique data enrichments to help them scale up rapidly and instantly identify who the right potential customers are.
  • Resumes and job descriptions are 500-year-old technologies. Why are we hiring for the future of our organizations with tools of the past? Today’s hyper competitive talent market, with digital-native job seekers, demands a new technology approach.

Artificial intelligence is the key that unlocks this new approach. In this session, Eightfold AI Chief Product Officer Sachit Kamat shares how Amazon Web Services has served as Eightfold's technology partner in building the next generation of talent acquisition technology with AI, delivering transformational experiences for organizations and for job seekers alike.

  • A hallmark of Amazon’s innovation approach is to always start with the customer and work backward. Amazon obsesses over customers, and regularly seeks feedback to ensure that our products and services raise the bar on how we deliver a differentiated customer experience. Amazon continues to look for ways to deliver better services across all areas of its businesses, and sees AI/ML as a foundational enabler toward innovating at speed and scale to meet its evolving customer needs. This session will provide an overview of the approach Amazon.com has taken in addressing pressing customer challenges and opportunities related to the supply chain with the launch of Prime One Day delivery. We will explain how customer needs and promises transformed Amazon’s approach to innovating in the space, and highlight the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to enable the creation of new and innovative customer experiences. We will also share lessons learned across cultural, process, and technical aspects of Amazon’s journey of applying and scaling ML capabilities across the organization.
