Hillary Hartley - Chief Digital and Data Officer, Deputy Minister, Ontario Ministry of Finance
Hillary Hartley is Ontario’s Chief Digital and Data Officer and Deputy Minister. As the head of the Ontario Digital Service, within the Ministry of Finance, Hillary is responsible for leading the government’s digital transformation efforts. Hillary joined the Ontario government in 2017 as Deputy Minister Responsible for Digital Government. She also served as Deputy Minister of Consumer Services, where she led the government’s retail services operation (ServiceOntario), and programs focused on consumer protection. |

Corrie Barclay - Assistant Deputy Minister for Health Information Management & IT, British Columbia Ministry of Health
As the ADM of the Health Sector Information Management/Information Technology Division in the BC Ministry of Health, Corrie Barclay provides sector-wide strategic leadership for digital transformation, IM/IT planning, policy and business solutions. Previously, she has held IT leadership roles at BC's Ministry of the Attorney General and at BC Shared Services.

Shannon Malovec - Chief Digital Innovation Officer, British Columbia Provincial Health Services Authority
In her role as Chief Digital Innovation Officer for the BC Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), Shannon Malovec works with the BC Ministry of Health and BC's Health Authorities to drive digital health advancements across the Province. Prior to PHSA, Shannon served as Principal, Patient Engagement at TELUS Health. In that role, Shannon led the strategy development, product management, delivery management, and operations of TELUS Health’s patient facing applications, including its Personal Health Record, Home Health Monitoring, and EMR Portals.

Nicole Foster - Director of AWS Global AI/Machine Learning and Canada Public Policy
Nicole Foster is Director of AWS Global AI/ML and Canada Public Policy, where she leads the direction and strategy of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) public policy for Amazon Web Services (AWS) around the world as well as the company’s public policy efforts in support of the AWS business in Canada. In this role, she focuses on issues that include digital modernization, cloud computing, and workforce development.
