In January 2020, Governor Brian Kemp appointed Greg Dozier as the sixth Commissioner of the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG). As Commissioner, Dozier is responsible for the 22 technical colleges of TCSG and leads a team of more than 12,000 employees across the system, having the responsibility of managing an annual budget of more than $1.1 billion.

Prior to joining TCSG, Dozier was Chief Financial Officer for the State of Georgia, Commissioner of the Department of Corrections and Commissioner of the Department of Driver Services (DDS).

Dr. Chris Bustamante serves as the Executive Director of the Arizona Community College Coordinating Council (AC4). In this position, he leads the statewide council of presidents and chancellors of the ten community college districts in their work to advance the mission and interests of Arizona’s community colleges.

Mandy leads the state agency responsible for, among other things, protecting Texas’ critical technology infrastructure, managing a multi-billion-dollar cooperative contracts program, and providing strategic technology solutions to Texas government. Prior to leading the team at DIR, Mandy served at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas for almost two decades.

In 2015 after a two-decade career in the private sector with companies like Intel, GoDaddy, and Expedia, Morgan Reed moved to the public sector as Chief Information Officer for the State of Arizona. In less than 4 years, he transformed the IT organization which helped achieve the Governor’s goal of government operating at the speed of business. In late 2019 he joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an Executive Government Advisor, to coach State and Local Government (SLG) executives through strategy, policy, and governance challenges to help them accelerate their journey to the cloud, and help governments innovate for their customers.

US Leader for the Education to Workforce Team, Amazon Web Services

Aaron currently works as the US Leader for the Education to Workforce Team in the Global Public Sector division of Amazon Web Services. In this role, Aaron leads a team of workforce experts who assist state education and workforce leaders to design and implement workforce readiness programs that will prepare their students for future cloud careers.

Prior to Amazon, Aaron served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Certiport division of Pearson from 2012 to 2020 where he led their global career and technical education business unit. From 1991 to 2012, Aaron built his expertise in IT education and workforce enablement through key leadership roles at WordPerfect, Novell, and Microsoft.
