Únase al AWS Startup Day, un evento virtual y gratuito, diseñado específicamente para impulsar la innovación y el crecimiento en el ecosistema de las startups, donde analizaremos los retos únicos a los que se enfrentan las mujeres fundadoras, emprendedoras y líderes, mientras desarrollan su trayectoria empresarial.
Empezando por la voz de las mujeres, el AWS Startup Day será el primer encuentro de una serie de eventos en los que abordaremos el tema de la diversidad, dando voz a los distintos grupos de nuestra sociedad.
Este evento ha sido pensado para todos, ya que hemos elaborado un programa que abordará temas de actualidad y diversidad. Hablaremos de los mecanismos y formas de difundir la conversación sobre la diversidad en el ecosistema, buscando romper las barreras del status quo, así como del papel de los hombres como aliados en esta transformación, siempre en el camino de la innovación.

Ahora se encuentra desarrollando su segunda startup - B89, el neobanco de los latinos en el mundo y el primero en nacer en Perú que romperá todos los paradigmas de la banca tradicional. -
Christine Kenna
Christine es socia de IGNIA, participa en Consejos Directivos de varias organizaciones incluyendo Kinedu, Tienda Nube, Lentesplus, GoTrendier, Mexvi y Apli. Actualmente preside al Comité de ESG de la AMEXCAP. Ella fue reconocida como una de las principales inversionistas en América Latina por la Asociación Latinoamericana de Capital de Riesgo (LAVCA) y una de las 30 personas que más impactó en el desarrollo de México por la revista Expansión. Motivada por el desarrollo profesional de mujeres, Christine es co-fundadora de Mujeres Invirtiendo y MBA Mujeres de México. -
Daniela Calleja
Daniela es responsable de Nuevas Emisoras y Emprendedores en BIVA, en donde lidera el acompañamiento a empresas para llegar a hacer una colocación en el mercado de valores. Previo a esto, fue directora y miembro del Comité de Inversiones de Redwood Ventures, primer fondo de capital emprendedor en Guadalajara. Cuenta con más de 13 años de experiencia trabajando en el ámbito de capital privado y emprendimiento. Lanzó operaciones del fondo de venture capital, Mountain Nazca, en Colombia y fue Directora de Empresas de Tecnología en Endeavor México. Ha analizado 500+ oportunidades de inversión, ejecutado 10+ inversiones y acompañado 50+ emprendedores de diferentes sectores en Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos. Es ángel inversionista y tuvo experiencia como emprendedora. -
Susana Garcia Robles
Susana, en 2012, co-fundó WeXchange, la primera competencia pitch y plataforma de encuentro para mujeres emprendedoras en STEM de LAC con inversores y mentores. En 2019 co-fundo WeInvest Latam, una plataforma para mujeres inversoras en LAC. Es co-fundadora de la Asociación Argentina de VC/PE (ARCAP) y la Asociación Colombiana de VC/PEVC (Colcapital), miembro del Directorio de Village Capital, miembro del Consejo de Asesores del CITES Fund, Elevar Equity Fund, MET Community, iThink VC Fund, Future Perfect Ventures Fund, y de ARCAP. También es miembro del Comité de inversiones de Fondo de Fondos de Bancoldex y Presidenta del Comité de inversiones del Fondo de Fondos Cofide/Peru.En 2020, Susana se unió al equipo de Capria Ventures y hoy es Socia Senior. Ryan Kelly, Data Architect, Equinox
Ryan Kelly is a data architect at Equinox, where he helps outline and implement frameworks for data initiatives. He also leads clickstream tracking which helps aid teams with insights on their digital initiatives. Ryan loves making it easier for people to reach and ingest their data for the purposes of business intelligence, analytics, and product/service enrichment. He also loves exploring and vetting new technologies to see how they can enhance what they do at Equinox

Richard Boyd, Cloud Data Engineer, iRobot
Richard Boyd is a cloud data engineer with the iRobot Corporation’s Cloud Data Platform where he builds tools and services to support the world’s most beloved vacuum cleaner. Before joining iRobot, Richard built discrete event simulators for Amazon’s automated fulfillment centers in Amazon Robotics. His previous roles include cyber warfare systems analyst at MIT and research for the Center for Army Analysis. He holds advanced degrees in Applied Mathematics & Statistics.
