Use cloud-enabled applications to help increase connectivity
Staymobile, a national provider of computer, Chromebook, and mobile device repair and service solutions, was challenged with updating and standardizing its processes and repair procedures across its many locations—leading to inefficient, outdated, or redundant workflows.
With Tulip, a manufacturing app platform built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure and available in the AWS Marketplace, Staymobile streamlined its technician job functions. With centralized data collection, monitoring, and analysis, Staymobile technicians can now view dynamic visual work instructions and log their work without ever leaving the Tulip application environment.
By digitizing its data, Staymobile eliminated the need for paperwork and physical filings, gaining better visibility into technician performance and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
