This demand accelerated the firm’s pace of digitizing its core end-to-end processes and capabilities. A program called Lincoln Financial Group Digital Program for Life was designed to accelerate eInterview, eStatus, ePay, and eDelivery capabilities.

For this innovative initiative, Celent named LFG a 2022 Model Insurer for Digital and Emerging Technologies.
