At AWS, James works with partners who are building solutions to help customers achieve their DevOps objectives.

He is a DevOps enthusiast and a longtime practitioner. In his role, he helps customers accelerate their digital transformation and speaks at meetups and executive briefings. He spent the past 15 years guiding several organizations deliver value faster to their customers via process, culture and tooling transformation.
