Abstract

Explore how Nokia and AWS are collaborating to re-define orchestration and slicing for the 5G world with Nokia’s Dynamic Operations suite for AWS Outposts. In this scenario, we will illustrate how an enterprise can order an Outpost for edge computing applications such as mobile robot control, to connect dynamically through 5G slicing. Once the Outpost arrives and is connected, we will show how a 5G network slice connects robotic devices through 5G radio access to the Outpost, and how an AWS Region is initiated through AWS Marketplace and orchestrated by Nokia DO Suite.
