Along this journey we learned how changing our approach to application development could dramatically increase agility, release velocity, and ultimately enable us to build more reliable, scalable applications. In this tech talk, we will outline how we define modern applications, and how building modern apps impacts not just your application architecture, but your organizational structure, your development release pipelines, and even your operational model.
