Dickson Yue, Manager, Solutions Architecture, AWS

Dickson has been working for Amazon Web Services across Hong Kong and Taiwan with a strong focus on building resilient, scalable, secure and cost effective application architectures. He assisted key customers building platforms that align revenue model and scale with their business. In Dickson’s beliefs, continuous innovation is required to survive in all businesses. It is the reason he helped customer to adopt new technologies around IoT and big data solutions. Prior to his AWS time, Dickson was responsible to lead a technology team in a digital marketing company assisting APAC customer to execute digital strategy.

Simon Lee, Business Development Manager, AWS

Simon is from the Amazon Web Services (AWS) business development team in Hong Kong. He is committed to enabling customer success and innovation by leveraging AWS Cloud Technologies and growing the AWS’ business in Hong Kong. Simon joined AWS in 2016, bringing in experience from tech companies such as Google and Twitter. He holds an Economics Degree from the University in Hong Kong and is an AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect and AWS Certified Professional DevOps Engineer – Professional.

Frankie Cheung, Director, Deloitte

Frankie has 20 years of IT and fintech management experience focusing on payment, financial services and new media strategy and technology. Prior to Deloitte, Frankie served as CEO of Fintech, AGM of Japan AEON financial service holding to oversee its e-payment, e-commerce and e-settlement businesses in the Greater China and ASEAN regions. Frankie also worked as Project Director for a UK/China Private Equities to develop and manage investment projects of clean energy and energy saving technology sector.

Fintech Career Accelerator Scheme (FCAS) is a talent development scheme initiated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) to nurture talents to meet the growing needs of Fintech in Hong Kong. The new intake in 2020/21 is jointly organised by the HKMA, ASTRI, Cyberport and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP).
